EDII PHBIF in association with Department of Post Harvest Technology, HC&RI, Periyakulam have organized a 2 days workshop on Moringa Value Addition on 18th and 19th December 2020. 25 participants from across Tamil Nadu have participated in the event. Small level moringa products exhibition was arranged. The participants were divided into teams and got hands on experience in making Moringa Noodles, Moringa Muffins, Moringa Biscuits, Moringa Paste, Moringa Mayonnaise and Moringa energy balls. Successful entrepreneurs in Moringa value addition have shared the experiences with the participants and answered their queries. The participants gave a positive feedback on the session and assured us that they will come back to become the member of EDII PHBIF and produce innovative moringa based products.
